2. Scope of Agency Services
Techzyncmedia provides specialized digital engineering and marketing solutions, including but not limited to:

- SEO Optimization & Content Strategy: On-page technical SEO, speed optimization, technical keyword structuring, and rank tracking.
- Social Media Management & Handling: Account management, graphic content creation, campaign strategy, and brand engagements across platforms.
- Digital Marketing & Lead Growth Systems: Performance marketing, digital ad campaign setup, audit reporting, and conversion optimization.
3. Client Responsibilities & Materials
To enable timely completion of project deliverables, clients agree to:
- Provide required brand logos, text copy, media assets, and credentials promptly upon request.
- Review project milestones and provide feedback within agreed project schedules (typically 3 business days).
- Ensure all materials submitted to Techzyncmedia do not violate third-party trademarks, copyrights, or legal rights.
4. Pricing, Payments & Invoicing
All service fees are priced in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Online payments, advances, and retainer invoices are securely processed through Razorpay Payment Gateway.
- Fixed Packages & Retainers: Payable in advance or as per agreed monthly subscription billing cycles.
- Custom Development Projects: Structured according to agreed milestone phases (e.g. 50% advance upon project initiation, balance upon milestone completion).
- Taxes: All applicable government taxes or GST are displayed during checkout or invoicing.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full settlement of all outstanding invoices, ownership of custom codebase, final web assets, and customized graphic designs transfers to the client. Techzyncmedia retains rights to reusable underlying frameworks, open-source libraries, proprietary tools, and the right to showcase completed works in our portfolio unless bound by an explicit Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
6. Warranties & Service Level Disclaimer
We strive for 100/100 Lighthouse performance, 99.9% uptime, and industry best practices. However, digital marketing outcomes, search engine rankings (SEO), and third-party algorithm updates (e.g., Google or Meta algorithm changes) depend on external factors beyond direct agency control. Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without guarantees of specific revenue totals.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Techzyncmedia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, lost revenue, or server outages caused by third-party hosting providers. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.
8. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches material obligations and fails to cure such breach within 7 business days. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
